They say the body never lies. If you believe that, what did the killer of Trayvon Martin reveal in his first television interview?
George Zimmerman, along with his attorney Mark O’Mara, sat down to speak with Fox News. Zimmerman was asked a range of questions, including whether he has any regrets.
Body language expert, Patti Wood, joined me on HLN today with her assessment of what Zimmerman said and what his body showed he really means.
Richelle, you always do such a great job reporting the news! From what I saw it was all about him he didn’t have time to reflect , he wants to tell the family he is sorry it happened, not that he did it, and the worst ” it was God’s plan” there for it was not his fault!!!?? It all boils down to he should have obeyed the police and not followed Travon. If he just did that that young man would still be alive!!!!!
That is the main thing that stands out in my mind. He should have reported it and never said anything to the young man. Don’t know who they are and don’t need to. All I know is in our neighborhood watch, we immediately call police 911 if it appears to be emergency or the non-emergency number if it just Looks unusual. No guns, no running after or trying to talk to the perp, Just report it. He should also have had a list of neighbors and phone numbers so that they can react and let them know police are called but they might want to call 911 if they feel endangered.
I really dont feel that zimmerman would have approached trayvon if he didn t have a gun, and i dont believe he would have given up his freedom if he knew this would have happened,maybe it s better to stay put and quiet sometimes.
Richelle, he acted like everything was Trayvon fault!! He didn’t do anything wrong!! If Trayvon wouldn’t been walking there etc etc. The other thing it couldn’t have been avoided it was God’s plan real good, blame God for his stupidty !! He needs to man up and stop blaming Trayvon or it’s God’s plan!! Heis a wanna be cop who is to stupid to pass the intelligence test to get hired!1 I know 2 nd amendment right to bare arms but an idiot like Georeg should be allowed to have a gun!!
He’s a sociopath. He says, he sorry to Trayvon Martin parents. He’s not sorry. In his own words, he would not change anything. Now, he’s saying it was God plan. I do not know what God he believe in. It’s not my God.
I can use everything the so-called body language expert said and turn it around 180 degrees. And the people who believe he’s innocent would believe me. That’s just the way human nature works. George fired ONCE to stop the attack by Martin. That showed restraint. Others, like me, might have emptied the clip in him.
